Your public profile information (name, sport, position, school, city, state, graduation year, and profile photo) is visible to visitors of your profile page. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery).

TheNextRecruit™ is designed for student athletes aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, update, or delete their child's information.
